We collect information you provide when you use JagInsights, including:

Email address and username
Payment information processed by our payment partner (we do not store your full card numbers)
Account progress and activity (e.g. modules, quizzes, scores, XP, badges) used to run the Service

We use it to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Show progress, leaderboards, and in-app features to you
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send important account and service messages
Improve security and develop the Service

3. Where data is stored

Your account data is stored using industry-standard security with vetted cloud infrastructure providers. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor under their terms and security program — we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. JagInsights LLC does not store your full credit card details. Stripe’s policies govern payment data they hold.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example: hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing) under agreements that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and maintain sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on these pages.

7. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will process verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children’s privacy

JagInsights is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate (for example via email or an on-site notice).
